Frequently asked questions

Can we visit the LEIJEX factory?

Yes. Our aesthetic device factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen receives partners by appointment, including the SMT lines, test benches and aging rooms.

What happens during a factory visit?

A typical visit covers the production flow, quality control stations and a device demonstration; bring your technical questions – our engineers join the tour.

How is production traceability maintained?

Batch numbers link incoming materials, process records and whole-device test results, so any unit can be traced through its production history.

What is in the campus

The Guangming facility concentrates the whole build-and-verify loop on one campus: SMT lines with automated optical inspection, a shielded chamber and an EMC room for electromagnetic verification, an aging room where finished devices run under load, dedicated whole-device test benches for withstand-voltage, functional and output checks, and a finished-goods inspection area ahead of packing.

Visitors usually comment on two things: how much of the line is inspection rather than assembly, and how many records move with each batch. That is intentional – the facility is organized around evidence, not around throughput alone. Partners are welcome to see it in person; book a visit.
