LEIJEX manufacturing and delivery operations are based at the Yinxing Yinzhi Life & Health Science Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen. Energy-based aesthetic devices integrate optics, electronics, software and structures — manufacturing quality decides whether the design reaches the clinic as intended.
LEIJEX aesthetic device manufacturing integrates SMT, assembly, aging and calibration under one quality loop in Shenzhen.
Manufacturing & Testing Facilities
A real look at our key facilities: assembly lines, the full-device aging test room, an EMC electromagnetic compatibility shielded room and device testing stations.
Aging testing and EMC verification capabilities underpin the long-term stability of every energy-based device. Related control logic: energy delivery control.

Five Quality Gates
Production is organized around five control nodes from the quality control process: incoming inspection → process control → full-device testing → release → post-delivery feedback. Each node has explicit criteria; deviations are quarantined and documented before impact assessment.
Traceability
Batches, test conditions and deviation records are retained so that critical processes of every unit can be traced — a quality system requirement and the foundation for precise after-sales support.
From Factory to Global Delivery
After full-device testing and release, units enter packaging and delivery, connected back to the factory improvement loop through post-delivery feedback. Global cooperation and delivery support: see global sales network.

Frequently asked questions
Where are LEIJEX devices manufactured?
Aesthetic device manufacturing is concentrated in our Shenzhen facility: SMT electronics, assembly, aging and calibration under one quality loop.
What production capacity do you have?
Capacity scales across SMT lines and assembly cells; current lead times and allocation are confirmed per order with our sales team.
Do you manufacture for other brands?
Yes – OEM and ODM manufacturing is a core service. See international brand collaboration for cooperation models.

Inside the quality loop
Production runs in a defined sequence with five quality gates between the stages: incoming material inspection, in-process checks on the SMT line and assembly cells, whole-device burn-in, calibration and final release testing. Electronics go through automated optical inspection (AOI) after component placement; shielding effectiveness is verified in a dedicated shielded chamber, and electromagnetic compliance is checked in our EMC room. Finished devices complete a two-stage burn-in – an initial run after assembly and a second pass before release – with the results archived per batch.
Every unit carries a batch number that links its components, process records and test results. When a service question arrives years later, we can trace the unit back through its production history – and when a field issue appears, the same records tell us whether the cause sits in a component batch, a process step or a design question.
