Energy Delivery Control
In energy-based aesthetic devices, the energy delivery control system is the hub connecting “set parameters” to “actual output” — and a key engineering focus at LEIJEX. Energy consistency and controllability say more about a device than peak specifications.
Every LEIJEX platform is built around a medical device energy control system that links sensing, feedback and output verification in real time.
Four Layers of the Control System
- Energy source drive: constant-current output design reduces the effect of voltage fluctuation on laser or RF output (e.g. the 808 diode platform uses constant-current drive with real-time water-loop monitoring);
- Status monitoring: real-time water flow, coolant temperature and component temperature monitoring with interlock protection;
- Parameters and interface: independently adjustable energy, pulse width and frequency, with live status on the operator interface;
- Verification and records: reviewable output tests and run records supporting the quality control process.
From Design Questions to Test Evidence
Every control design decision maps to a laboratory verification method: control signal checks, temperature rise and stability observation, long-run performance assessment. These processes make energy output reviewable rather than merely claimed.
Linking into Quality Control
Control design requirements flow into manufacturing and inspection: full-device functional tests, key parameter records and release checks ensure every delivered unit matches its design. See quality control process.

Frequently asked questions
Why does energy delivery control matter?
The gap between set parameters and actual output decides both safety and consistency. Our medical device energy control system links sensing, feedback and output verification in real time.
Is output verified during manufacturing?
Yes. Whole-device verification includes energy output measurements recorded per batch, as part of the quality control process.
Does the control system support remote diagnostics?
Selected platforms support diagnostic data access for service partners; availability depends on product configuration and market.
